1 day workshop dedicated to starting your own medical spa and/or hair salon from the ground up.  You will learn everything from creating a business plan, architectual design, construction management and leasing agreements to interior design and equipment lease/purchase. During our years of experience, we've worked with every laser on the market and can help you determine what will work best for your particular business.  Our trial and error process is a step that you won't have to take, we'll share with you what worked and didn't work and WHY.  As your consultants we will also be available in the future by phone or e-mail to answer any questions while you are in the process of openinig your business.  We have 20 years of experience in salon/medical spa development and we will help YOU to aviod costly mistakes along the way.  Training can be brought to your location or held at our facility.

2 Day Course
2 day workshop based on business development and marketing strategies customized for your office. Technicians, physicians and aestheticians will be educated on sales tools used to convert the initial phone conversation to a consultation and then converting the consultation, to a sale.  You will also learn techniques for product/retail sales and up selling and how to implement a retention program.  Training will provide your staff with valuable advanced skills needed to increase revenue.  You will also learn how to develop referral marketing, internal and external marketing, how to form a strategic partnership and internal tracking methods. Training will also include education on special event planning for an "open house" and other revenue generating events as well as the tools necessary to maximize profit in a minimum time frame.  Included will be a student manual for future reference.  Training can be brought to your location or held at our facility.
